this is more of a hybrid between Becca k.'s ruffle shrug and the ruffle vest on threadbanger since I wanted to use only materials I had in my craft room. I used an old pair of jeans the way threadbanger does but I used the ribbon and tulle idea and the layout from Becca K. I also used wired tulle cuz thats what I had and it worked well since I could fluff it more. with the left over scraps I made matching pocket wrist cuffs, u can check them out in my projects! hope you all enjoy!
