first take 2 elastics (any color) and hold them together (like my nails? haha)

Now take another (pink for me) elastic and put it through the other 2 (my black and white ones.

Now line up the 2 holes of the other one (Pink for me) and then put the blue through the 2 pink holes

repeat step 3 till your bracelet fits your wrist.

Once you are done, put another elastic in like u r gonna make another loop. instead with the same one fold one of the ends through the other hole. Then cut the big hole in half and tie it in a knot! Taadaa!!!! You have a beautiful bracelet!!
