Delicious ice cream cake with chocolate crust.
This is the cake I made for my birthday. I used a soft mold shaped as a rose which I then brushed with melted chocolate. After cooling the chocolate I filled half the mold with banana ice cream and the other half with raspberry. It turned out delicious; my mother's homemade ice cream is the best ever! Since the mold is flexible the chocolate crust didn't break or anything... Super easy.
