This took me and my mom about 2 days to do. It started out as a long prom dress. We bunched up the fabric on the bottom to make it shorter, and just added the tulle. It took 22 yards of tulle to make this tutu. I got TONS of comments on how cool my costume was! This is definitely a keeper!
