I made this for my older teenage son for Christmas this year. He is always so difficult to buy for, so I added "pics" using temporary tattoos of all his favorite things and made a partial collage. Once you have all the tattoos in place that you want, add a good liberal (but not dripping) coat of clear spray paint to seal the temp tattoos on so they won't easily rub or wash off.
