Step 1Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices, set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash tomatoes and place in an oven safe dish. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, oregano, and salt. Mix with a spoon until well combined.

Baked tomatoes for 15 minutes then mix well. Bake another 15 minutes and mix tomatoes. Squish the tomatoes with a spoon once they are soft and roasted.

Step 3Toast the baguettes in the oven until slightly brown, flip over once to toast each side.

Step 4Remove the tomatoes, let them cool slightly.
Cover the toasted baguette with goats cheese, cover in tomatoes and top with fresh basil.
