Start with a paper fan.

Remove the paper.

Paint it white.

Glue every wooden stick together so that nobody can see, then glue on a piece of fabric on the backside. Don't forget that you only glue maybe the tip of every second stick to the fabric because the sense of it all is to put your rings on the sticks.

Hang your ring storage. :)
