Step 1Find some old miniatures or toys. These Rilakkuma ones are made by Re-Ment

Step 2Take your picture frame and arrange the toys on it without gluing, until you are happy with the appearance

Step 3Take the glue gun and glue everything down, one by one. Make sure to use plenty of glue so they don't fall off.
That's it! It's really that simple. They make great gifts too :-)
