I started with a blue suit
next used my cricut to cut out question marks from the "art nouveau" collection in 3 different sizes
next got out my acrylic paint, sponge brush, angled paint brush, black paint, puffy glitter paint.....
then GOT TO WORK!

I cut out the question marks on grunge board, and randomly placed them on the suit, then dabbed the paint on my custom made stencils.
next, took that angled brush i mentioned earlier and touched up the lines to make a clean and pretty edge

when the whole suit was dry, I added the glitter puffy paint to add that extra flare! Then at the bottom sleeve I added my signature peacock feather...hence...THE PEACOCK RIDDLER!
