use leftover rice for an easy, yet delicous meal
hey there! if you eat a lot of rice like my family does, then you might like this easy recipe :)

no, it's nothing fancy, but it's quick, easy and pretty yummy. my brother and i used to eat it at my grama's house for breakfast when we went over to visit so it's not only a way to use up rice, but a comfort food.

it's a pretty versatile little meal, you can add almost anything you want to it: like ham and cheese for breakfast, tomatoes, mushrooms, chicken... whatever your heart desires.

sooo, i hope you like it :)
