I was in an international market and would these cut vermicelli noodles and thought to myself, those look like the noodles in rice a roni... I know I will make my own Rice a Roni! Why not?

Measure out the ingredients.
Heat your skillet... med high.

Add the broth water to the rice in the skillet and cover. Turn the heat down to low and let simmer for 20 minutes. No stirring needed.

Fluff and serve your new favorite side dish.

Yum!! Does it really taste like rice a roni? That was my favorite food when I was small. That, and mac & cheese haha

Yes, It really tastes like chicken rice a roni. I imagine that if you made it with beef broth it would taste like beef rice a roni.
