  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    You will need:
    3 tbsp unsalted butter
    4 cps mini marshmallows
    6 cps Rice Krispies
White chocolate (to be "grated" like cheese).
    Raspberry preserves
    Fresh blackberries

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Melt the butter in a large saucepan.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

Measure out the marshmallows while the butter is melting.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Add the marshmallows and stir frequently.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Make sure all of the marshmallows are melted.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

Then add the Rice Crispies. Stir until all of them are fully coated. Then you will put them into a "deep dish" pie pan (I used a 9" cake pan). To smooth our the surface, and give the "crust" more definition, I used a smaller pan to sort of push onto the treat. It worked quite well. :)

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

After the rice crispies are cooled, spread the raspberry preserves onto it, I used about 1/3 of an 11 ounce jar. Add the grated white chocolate, and spread like you would cheese on a pizza.

  8. Step 8

    Step 8

Then place the blackberries in a decorative fashion.

  9. Step 9

    Step 9

    Voila!
