This rice water is from an ancient asian recipe .Where beautiful asian women would use this to make there skin beautiful and wonderful :)

Use any some organic rice 'cause if its not organic the non-organic rice that your using has pesticides and chemicals (wich is not good for your face).

use your organic rice and add a 1/2 cup into a bowl.Pour some water into your but not too much just an inch of water on top.Then stir the rice make sure the water turns cloudy.

Then pour the rice water into a container like this one.
<----- .and save a little bit of rice water into a bowl.Now you've made your own RICE TONER.Now clean your face then soak your cotton pad in it and wipe it all over your skin. -
