Gotta love the knifty knitter!

So very easy to make. Simply knit a scarf in your favorite colours and weave ribbons in it. You can do that vertically or horizontally.

I used the yellow knifty knitter to make this one.

Add to Favorites Add Your Version

  1. Step 1

Set up your knifty knitter with 20-25 pegs. Start knitting and decide how big each colour part should be. The scarf will stretch out a lot so don't make it too long!

  2. Step 2

Once you've finished the scarf, weave your ribbons in it, using a safety pin. For this one I weaved them horizontally but I'm making an other one with vertically weaved ribbons.

    Simple comme bonjour!

Oo nice!

If you don't have one of those knifty knitter things you could just sew it in using an embroidery needle or tapestry needle, just one with a big eye.
