Revamped Pencil Holder

Tired of your old pencil holder at the office? Dress it up with magazines!

  1. Step 1

    Grab some old magazines and tear out colorful pages.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Apply glue on 75% of the page. Leave the bottom corner free of glue (otherwise your pen or pencil will get glued in when you roll the paper)


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    On your glue-free corner start rolling the paper diagonally with your pen or pencil.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Keep rolling until you have the whole thing rolled up into a long tube.( I applied modge podge on the outside when I was all done)


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Make as many tubes as you need to cover your pencil holder.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

    Measure and cut your tubes to the needed size for your pencil holder.

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

    Glue all your tubes all around your pencil holder, let it dry, and you'll have your self a newly dressed pencil holder =D
