This project is a created from thrift store finds. Incredibly cheap and easy. Placing the rhinestones is ultimately your choice of where you'd like them. I didn't use a machine to attach them, I simply used a small screwdriver to push the prongs in securely. It was much more accurate on placing the rhinestones exactly where I wanted them!
