A set of PC hard drives get a new lease on life as earrings for a stretched pair of ears.
A very simple use for some old junk. These are a little heavy on the ears, but they won't rip them because I made the cork gauges to be very sturdy and supporting.

Acquire the correct gauge for your hole. My front gauges are a size 0, so I used one of my own to judge the right drill bit size.

I had to place the butt of the drill against my inner thigh for support, and I pushed down on the drill gently with my left hand while I drilled with my right to prevent slipping.

The cork plugs that are paired with these hoops are wider at the back so that they literally can't come out with these earrings on.
