yes I'll make tutorial soon (first week of march I hope) and show you how to make the skirt section it's really easy
Holly, I do have a short single layer satine as underskirt but onlo so it wouldn't be see through (if u wear black panties under 3 layers of organza they are visible). but the puff effect is only the organza, you just have to gather itall the way round. thet's why i used 3 meters of material on each layer, even though the measurement of this dress in waist is just 60 cm.
will you put up stepson how to do it? perhaps show sections of it that are important to see so we can make it, like the skirt sections, the stitching etc
