You can get flaxseed and lavender from your local co-op or health food store.

Cut out rectangle of your choice of size. Flip design side in and pin. Start sewing from shorter sides and all the way around. Leaving an inch at the end to put in lavender and flaxseed.

flip right side out. If you have a funnel it's a lot less of a hassle.

Fill pillow up halfway with 3/4 flaxseed and 1/4 lavender. You can put whatever combo you want. I find if you put to much lavender it becomes over powering.

Fold in edges and pin. Sew it up.

i wonder if this would make a fun face-eye coverer thingy. . .but i wouldn't sleep with it on. . .
