If you like pineapple on your pizza, you'll love this!

I discovered this pizza one day when all I had on hand were these ingredients. The dried cranberries take on a wonderful texture when warm.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Gather the igredients and tools you will need, as well as something to work on. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Grate your cheese and set aside. I personally like alot of cheese, so I grated what was left of the block.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

Chop up your other toppings. I like to chop my own olives instead of buying sliced because I like thick meaty olives. I also use less red onions than the other toppings, but it's all a matter of personal taste.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

I like to brush the crust with olive oil...

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Spread the sauce out on the crust. My personal pizza motto is: less sauce, more cheese, but again, it's all a matter of personal preference.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

Now assemble your toppings and cheese. Add a good handful of dried cranberries on the top.

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

I usually cover a round metal rack I have with tinfoil to cook the pizza on, anything like a cookie sheet will work fine...Place in oven and after 12 minutes it's done!

  8. Step 8

    Step 8

The most important step of all; Enjoy!

During my crush's visit to my house last April, I made a 'healthier' variant of this pizza. He loved pineapples so much, that's why he couldn't get enough, but my Dad was scolding us saying "Aren't you two gonna bloat up like whales this month? Remember that we don't eat pizza!" My granny was laughing out loud that time...;)
