To make the facinator flower, use a scrap of red glitter nylon net about 6-8 inches wide and folded it into 8 inch squares.

I then sew the button on the middle and cut around the outer edges in a semi-circle shape, then make cuts towards the center about half and inch apart all the way around the flower, then hot glue the hair clip to the back.
