Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

One of my all time favorite, simple sweets!

You will need

1 Red Velvet Cake Mix 2 Egg(s) 1 cup Vegetable Oil Sanding Sugar or raw sugar, used for coating dough balls

One of my all time favorite, simple sweets!

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix all the ingredients except the sugar in a large bowl.

2. Roll into balls about 1″ in diameter. I like to use a small metal ice cream scoop so they are all the same size.

3. Roll in the sugar and place on a parchment or sil-pat lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for a couple minutes on the pan then move them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
