Mini Top Hat made for my Alice's "Um" costume
for my 30th birthday, i decided to have a Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland themed costume party. i dressed as Alice when she pretends to be Um from Umbridge while at the Red Queen's court, and i made this hat to coordinate with my costume
