I had so much fun making this! With all the cutting, since I'm pretty handy with scissors, the project only took me 15 minutes! (15:39, to be exact.) The budget was completely free because I have a ton of old tees from camps. Even the least artistic person can complete this project and have fun with it. Not to mention the trendy outcome. I recommend only 10 tee shirt rings because I did 15 rings and the scarf was about 2 feet long.
