Description
I sewed an elastic band under the bust, over the shoulders and around arms. I painted a chair on the side for decoration. These pictures aren’t that good but hope you understand what I mean. This is a great way to use old, unused t-shirts.

I'm new to this site so Im still learning and making my profile....quick question... where over the shoulder did you attach the elastic? from the back to front? or from shoulder to neck line? I am sooooo in love with this dress! I am new to sewing and I want to try it! Thanks! :D
