To make DILUTED GLUE-
2 parts tacky glue to 1 part water.
A cheap verison of MOD PODGE
Cut 1 1/4 inch squares of tissue paper or painted newspaper or use the comic section. Brush a section of bottle with d-glue lay a square on it & brush some d-glue on it. REPEAT until bottle & cap are covered.
Make ears & feet from painted tp roll.
I used a glue glue to attach ears & feet instead of glue. Faster, stronger results.
