These were pants that were too small and then I added some fabric on both sides and then sewed some pretty fabric under the jeans and then cut around the stitch it is really simple and it looks fan-freakin'-tastic and then I added sequins for fun beacuse sequins are beautiful and it just so happened that they were too short so my parents wouldn't let me leave my house and that is how the ruffles on the bottom came to be
