Glue two strips together to make one long strip.

    Step 3

Roll the tube with a pencil but don't get it stuck. Glue the end to hold the tube in place. Flatten the tube.

    Step 4

Follow step three to make more tubes. Roll the tubes (like quilling) to make shapes (use small dabs of glue to hold the shapes in place)
Start adding small amounts of glue to the shapes and fit into your basic shape. Use the bobbie pins to hold it in place.

All done. Now use a needle or pin to make a small hole and add thread to hang. Let me know if you have any questions.
