I made this project because I bought a magazine and I didn't really like the content all that much, and I didn't want to waste it! At first I used normal craft glue, because I couldn't find my glue gun, but once I did, I put the chain on with it. Then lastly I added my own personal touch of cuteness with a bow! I know the mag cost me about...$5 but the bow and the chain were just things I had from other craft experiments.
