I am not going to give directions on how to prepare plastic bags for crocheting.
You can google "how to crochet plastic bags" for those directions) -
Crochet a chain long enough to slide around your head, do not join. Turn and sc in each chain
across, fasten off. -
Crochet your favorite flower motif or free form a flower. I did not use a pattern. I crocheted one from my head. (Make three) Attach one to center of chain. The other two will be used for earrings.

Paint or spray paint with your favorite color on both sides. Let one side dry before paining the other side. I did not paint my chain section. (You can spray with clear gloss spray paint).

Attach jump ring to earrings and then add to fish hook earrings.
