This was kind of complicating at first but after I decided what all should be done it was easy.

I removed the collar and made the neck deep. I also removed the sleeves and made the straps thin. I tied the shoulder with black ribbon to make it more feminized. Fitted this shirt and then added pockets from the extra fabric that I had cut off.
