Little black dress
My best friend's mom gave me this dress because it was too small for her. I really liked it to begin with, but I felt like I could do something more to it.

As you can see, it had the big glittery wrap around thing on the shoulders, and that had to go.
So I carefully cut off that.

Once I had that off, I cut off the strings that held the dress up.

Then I drew a line creating a deep v-neck into the dress and cut along that, then pinned back the extra fabric.

Once I had that, I made the back of the dress into a straight line...
