Ramen burger is causing a new sensation in Chicago! Lets try one at home and see what all the fuss is about shall we?
I made the ramen bun with one packet. the buns were large. i think you can make three buns out of a packet.

You Will Need

Step 1Beat an egg in a bowl

This image is being very stubborn and not getting attached. Its just a picture of cooked noodles drenched in egg, in a bowl.
Anyway, cook noodles in boiling water, strain in colander and rinse under cold running water. let the water drain.
Add the noodles to the bowl and mix well with the egg. Add salt.

Step 3Hunt down two bowls with almost the same diameter.

Step 4Divide the noodles equally into the two bowls. Take a smaller bowl and gently press it over the noodles.
Let them set in the fridge for 2-3 hrs.

Step 5Take them out and run a knife round the edge to loosen the noodle.

Step 6Fry in a pan with oil till both sides are golden brown.

Step 7The egg has to cook through and hold the noodles together to make the ramen bun.

Step 8Let excess oil drain.

Step 9Arrange the burger with patty of your choice. I whipped up some breaded pan fried chicken.
you can make something creative like a patty with meat seasoned with the ramen powder packet.
