I found this nifty bead-kit at Walmart with silver and metallic teal beads of varying sizes and shades. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it until I found a funky silver medallion in the clearance section--they looked pretty good together! So I devised a pattern for the beads, stuck the medallion in the middle, and attached the findings. Voila.
