Gather ingredients. The filling takes a while so it is easier to use a ready made brownie mix.
You can use as many colours as you fancy, I chose to use blue, pink, green, yellow and I made purple.
Make the brownie as instructed on the box although you may want to only cook it for part of the time, if you don't want the base to be to hard.
Once baked take out of oven and allow to cool.
Now for the filling.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius
Mix the 100g sugar, 480g cream cheese, 1/4 tsp almond extract and 2 tsp vanilla extract together in a large bowl.
Mix until smooth and add the eggs one at a time followed by the 60g of sour cream.
Divide the mixture into a number of bowls representative of the number of colours you are using. In my case it were five.
Once the brownie base has cooled completely you can start adding the filling. Quite simply spoon in the creamy mixture changing the colours as you go.
I found it was best to use tablespoons for the first layer and from then on use teaspoons to reduce splatter and mixing of layers.
When you've added all the filling it should look a little something like this. It took me a while to do the fillng as I didn't want the colours to mix to much. If you want it to look really tidy or you try to make a pattern it'll probably take forever but will be well worth it.
Bake for 35 mins at 160 degrees.
Take out the oven and allow to cool completely before placing in the fridge. I found leaving it over night in the fridge gave best results.
Finally remove from pan and refrigerate until ready to consume.
OOO so pretty.
