The whole outfit was actually inspired by the cyberlox. I saw a pair of pre-made ones online and thought I could make em, and I did - that was pretty easy. I think there are lots of how-to's on this website for that (same as making dreadlox). But the pants were the real accomplishment. My first fly & zipper. Truthfully, my roommate (photo) dragged me through that ordeal. I was working off a regular jean pattern, but it was still tough... and late at night. She used the extra fabric to make a matching mini tube dress.
