I decided to make cupcakes instead of a real cake for my birthday and i love cream cheese icing. i used Betty Croker cake mix i think, and my sprinkles are the ones that are like clear-ish sugar pieces. they turned out really good and even taste fantastic, i can't wait for my birthday party tonight to see how everyone likes them.
