As soon as I saw this cake on the feature page I knew I needed to make it for my 21st birthday cake... and I did=]. Silly Billy here forgot to add the baking powder to the plain flour to turn it into self raising flour so my layers were quite skinny so there is an extra layer of brownie (my specialty) but all in all very happy with the results=] gotta love the colours!
