sorry this recipie is not vegan, but you can forgo the cheese
about one hour including prep time

first boil noodles
and prep your pesto, cheese and spinage leaf
preheat oven to 400

now drain noodles and place into dish
then start with the green layer
basil pesto, spinage and sliced cheese

then add a new layer of noodles
then the red layer of tomato pesto and cheese

its up to you how many layers you want to add
the last layer should be pesto and cheese
pop into oven, till cheese melts
