prismatic jello jewels look as good as it tastes

add knox gelatin (unflavored and uncolored if you want it to be firmer and jigglier!)

even the leftover non-shape shapes are delicious and pretty :)

  1. Step 1 1

    mix jello as says (i used the speed method)

  2. Step 2 2

    let each layer harden in fridge before adding the next

    (if you would like to add a buffer layer of opaque color, save a bit of each color and add some milk- but still layer as you would the rest)

  3. Step 3 3

    cut out using fun shapes, i used cookie cutters, but you could free hand it with a knife
