Do you need a special kind of nail polish: Konad does sell "special polishes" that are intended to be used specifically for stamping. they are thicker and more opaque. (DO NOT USE THEM FOR REGULAR POLISH APPLICATION. THEY WILL NOT DRY.) you can use these, however they are expensieve and limited in colours. I choose to use these only when I want a lighter coloured stamped image. But if my image is darker on a lighter coloured base then I can get away with just regular polishes (as long as they're not too sheer) Also, metallic nail polishes work great for stamping too.
