sorry about this being a picture tutorial. I much prefer doing a live tutorial. I was going to do a voice over for this, but my iMovie was being lame and not working... STILL.
hopefully it'll fix itself soon.

I think I must have been stumbling upon some childhood stuff and got inspired to do a nail design based on Rainbow Brite!! Remember her??? or am I dating my self? lol ^_^
anyways, i came up with this simple and fun look! Hope you all enjoy!
