First, I chopped the shirt down and added some white with polka dot ruffle trim and rainbow ric rac to the bottom. I then hand stitched some rainbow buttons in various sizes and styles along the collar. Below that, I added rainbow fuzzy bear appliques. To finish it off, I added some white ribbons for closure with rainbow heart shaped beads on the end. This little shrug is super cute and will add tons of color and fun to any outfit!
