First, find the quotes(or pictures) you like. It can be from anywhere. I got mine from the internet. But it can also been from a magazine, or newspaper, or etc.

Cut them out :P

:IMPORTANT:
Though some may like just randomly gluing them on your notebook, but I recommend you arrange them first.
If you start gluing first, there's not turning back! -
NOW glue them.
I used a normal glue stick, but you can use double-sided tape or any other sticky substance too. -
And you're done!
Oh, don't forget to snip off the ends that are sticking out (I forgot to take a picture after I finished snipping the edges off :P)
