I went to the Quorn website for the USA, and did not fined the minced Quorn product.Honestly, I must say that I don't believe I can remember seeing this product in any of my usual supermarkets. This product may be the leading brand for meat alternatives in the UK, however over here we have a big one called Morningstar Farms (https://www.morningstarfarms.com) by the Kellogg company.

I am not a vegetarian (anymore), but grew up in a kosher household where my family would buy the Griller's Recipe Crumbles to make chili and then be able to add cheese to it. I also use it to make a meatless meat sauce. (We couldn't mix cheese with real meat.) The Chik'n nuggets and burgers are good too. They have other products my family loves.

I would love to try this Quorn chili recipe, but unfortunately I cannot get this particular ingredient. I would like to recommend that you try the Morningstar Farms brand. Do you think one of this brand's products will make an exact substitution?

Yeah that sounds like a good substitution. I love the corn dogs Morningstar make but sadly they don't sell them here in the UK Happy
