Quinoa Salad

  • Completed Project: Quinoa Salad Picture #1

Using anything I could find, I made dinner!

Really easy dinner. I had some quinoa left over from breakfast this morning, so I decided to have it for dinner. Mainly just a bunch of random stuff tossed into the pan!

I didn't take any pictures, because I really wasn't sure how it would turn out.

  1. Step 1

grill up some chicken, I use individually frozen chicken breasts, when it's cooked about halfway through I pull it out, cut it up, and toss it back into the pan to finish cooking.

  2. Step 2

toss in your already cooked quinoa, and season!

I used Chilli powder, fresh garlic, ginger, and pepper.

I also threw in some canned black beans at this step

  3. Step 3

Pour onto a bed of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber ( or any veggies that you have)

  4. Step 4

Drizzle on a bit of Balsamic vinegar, and olive oil, and ta-da!
