You Will Need
-
Step 1take any coloured or patterned paper and fold them into two.
-
Step 2take any colour paper and tear them into strips.
(or use precut strips. I used precut strips) -
Step 3roll the strips and press in a corner to make a petal shape. paste them on the card the way you want to!
