  1. Step 1

    Step 1

What you need from your craft closet:

*Your choice of acrylic paint(i am using black)

    *Lace embroidered trim

    *Disposible cup

    *Paper towels

    *Paint brush

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Squirt a good amount of paint in your cup...i did not measure, I used my creative license on this so eyeball it. lol

Add some water to the paint and stir.

Also if you click the pic to enlarge you will notice I put a hint of glitter paint in there to make my lace shimmer a little extra special.

Place your lace in its lovely bath.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

Four hours later (you can leave a bit longer if you want) I slowly drained the lace over the cup and sink.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Then i placed it on a few paper towels to let air dry.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Once dried you can start using your improved Lace embroidered Trim on fabulous projects.
