Yummy coconut ice cream!

I used coconut cream (the thick sugary kind) in place of some of the milk (the milk I used was lactose free too) and flaked coconut in place of the chocolate chips. I also omitted the sugar since the coconut cream was already sweet enough.

I think next time I'll use half as much of the flaked coconut since it seemed a bit much, but overall the flavor was awesome! :D
