French dressing is excellent to eat with salad!
This was a recipe that my Mum taught me and I thought it was delicious. I hope you enjoy it, its really nice with a fresh salad in summer.

Step 1The first step for this dressing is to find a small jar or container.
Firstly, take your 3 tablespoons of olive oil and pour into jar.

Step 2Now get your 40mLs of vinegar and add to jar

Step 3Next grab a medium sized piece of garlic and cut it finely. (You don't want huge chunks of garlic floating around in your salad.) Add to jar

Step 4Add your mayonnaise and sugar

Step 5Now and salt and pepper. Place lid on very TIGHTLY and shake well. (I've had plenty of experiences when the lid hasn't been on properly!)

Step 6Ta da!! Your French dressing is now complete! Enjoy!
